Qualifications

• 3 years required service and repair experience; 5 years preferred.
• 3 years required customer service experience; 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

A Day in The Life of a Senior Service Repair Technician:

• As a Senior Service Repair Technician, you will operate on site at customer locations and provide advanced equipment installation, diagnose equipment problems, and train employees.
• You will be in charge of identifying issues and presenting solutions.
• Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair.
• Ensure service team completes activity log daily.
• Monitor and track monthly sales for service and repair department and reports statistics to management.
• Service and repair restoration, abatement, respiratory, and confined space equipment.
• Conducts in-house or on-site DOP testing.
