Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a technical role within integrated security or low-voltage industries.
• Demonstrated experience programming and configuring integrated security systems.
• Previous experience leading installations at the site level.
• Valid TQ certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports, test plans, and documentation to meet SLAs and standards.
• Train clients and end-users on operating security systems.
• Stay current with security tech, regulations, and best practices.
