Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee highly complex projects in Vancouver, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence.

The role will manage multi-million-dollar projects, deliver high-quality results, and represent Bosch Building Technologies in a professional manner. On-site work and after-hours availability may be required across varied construction environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8years of experience working within the low voltage industry.
• 6 years of experience within construction management, security integration or field experience.
• Track record of working on large General Contracting projects, including Government, Hospitals, Infrastructure & Industrial.
• Knowledge of security systems, cabling and AV systems (Genetec, Avigilon, LenelS2, Milestone, Crestron, Biamp, QSC) is critical.

Responsibilities

• Represent Company in a business-like professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs, and bid proposals that meet company requirements and profits.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on projects or service jobs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries to site.
