Job summary

Bell Canada is seeking a Contract Security Coordinator to support federal government contracts, guiding security requirements across the contract lifecycle. You will lead workshops, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with CSP pillars.

This leadership role demands strong communication, deep security knowledge, and the ability to steer complex initiatives. Fluency in French and English is preferred for cross Canada work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a CSO or ASCO.
• Federal government Reliability and Secret level clearances.
• Thorough understanding of all Government of Canada CSP security pillars: personnel screening, facility protection, handling and safeguarding information and assets, IT security, subcontractors, international security, and contract management.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills to upper management.
• Strong leadership in navigating complexity and influencing stakeholders via workshops and information gathering sessions.
• MBA is preferred in some cases.
• Professional certifications in security and related fields.
• Bilingualism across Canada (French & English)

Responsibilities

• Provide security requirements guidance for federal government contracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to interpret requirements and implement compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure security protocols are in place.
• Share expertise on Government of Canada CSP pillars to drive BBM CSP development.
• Prepare internal documentation and presentations for upper management.
