Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. in Ottawa, Canada, seeks a Senior Professional Services consultant to deliver end-to-end support across multiple product suites and act as a trusted consultant shaping customers' Internet strategies.

You will be the security contact, manage an integrated account team, ensure high-quality service, and drive continuous improvements by identifying enhancements and coordinating with stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

You'll be the security contact, ensuring the integration and support of customers. Acting as a trusted consultant, you'll learn and implement creative solutions helping customers leverage Akamai's products.

• Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry

• Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments
• Demonstrate experience in delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from CA$109,900 - CA$197,700/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
