Job summary

Syncredible Solutions is seeking a well‑rounded Lead Consultant in Security Consulting and Design (SCAD) to guide security strategy and architecture across on‑prem and multi‑cloud environments. You will partner with senior business and technology leaders to align security programs with business goals and risk appetite.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership, extensive domain expertise, and a track record delivering large, complex cybersecurity programs. This is not hands-on code work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years in core cybersecurity domains
• CISSP and a Cloud Security certification (CCSP/AZ-500) are mandatory
• Experience leading large consulting projects and engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of NIST, OWASP, PCI DSS and OSFI in agile settings

Responsibilities

• Provide expert security consultation to project, business, platform and development teams
• Lead security reviews and contribute to architecture roadmaps for cloud and on‑prem
• Guide technical teams through the development lifecycle with a security focus
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to align strategy with budgets
• Balance strategic objectives with project timelines and risk considerations
• Work across multi‑platform cloud environments including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
