Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a senior Lead Consultant in Security Consulting & Design (SCAD) to lead security strategy and architecture across cloud ecosystems. You will act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and senior leaders, guiding cloud modernization and secure transformation initiatives in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

The role requires 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ in cybersecurity, CISSP, and a cloud security certification, with hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with 10+ years in cybersecurity.
• CISSP and a cloud security certification (CCSP, AZ-500, or AWS Security Specialty).
• Expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP in multi-cloud security.
• Experience driving security strategy, architecture reviews, and secure transformation programs.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, OWASP, PCI-DSS, OSFI in Banking/FS.
• Proven ability to influence CIOs, CISOs, and senior leaders in a 24x7 enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on security strategy and initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and cloud modernization efforts across enterprise environments.
• Drive secure transformation programs across applications and infrastructure.
• Oversee security domains including CIAM, PAM, IGA, SIEM, Data Protection, App Security, Network Security, Threat Management and Cloud Security.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management in a banking/FS context.

Lead Consultant - Security Consulting & Design (SCAD) - Remote

Seeking a senior Cybersecurity Consultant/Architect with 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in cybersecurity, specializing in security consulting, architecture, and cyber transformation initiatives.

Must possess CISSP and a Cloud Security certification (CCSP, AZ-500, or AWS Security Specialty) with strong expertise across AWS, Azure, GCP, and multi-cloud security environments.

Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, driving security strategy, architecture reviews, cloud modernization, and secure transformation programs across enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Deep knowledge of cybersecurity domains including CIAM, PAM, IGA, SIEM, Data Protection, Application Security, Network Security, Threat Management, and Cloud Security.

Strong experience with security frameworks and regulatory standards such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, OWASP, PCI-DSS, and OSFI, preferably within the Banking/Financial Services sector.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence CIOs, CISOs, Enterprise Architects, and senior business leaders while leading multiple large-scale initiatives in a complex 24x7 environment.
