Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced SCCM/Intune/Windows Administrator (L3) to support enterprise endpoint management, security, and Windows platform administration. The role emphasizes SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell automation within a large enterprise. Remote work option and strong collaboration with IT teams are expected.

Ideal candidates will manage device lifecycle, software deployment, patching, and compliance while driving efficiency through scripting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.
• SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune administration expertise.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and enterprise security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SCCM/MECM and Intune environments for enterprise endpoint management.
• Manage device enrollment, imaging, deployment, and lifecycle across Windows endpoints.
• Configure Windows Autopilot and modern device management solutions.
• Implement compliance policies, configuration profiles, and device restrictions.
• Maintain endpoint health and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop PowerShell automation and operational dashboards.
