Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. is seeking a senior IT infrastructure professional to administer Intune and manage Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint and Teams. You will govern collaboration tools, support project teams, and ensure secure device management across desktops and mobile devices.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in IT or computer engineering and at least five years' experience in infrastructure. Strong scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Automation is expected.

Job description

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you: Administer Microsoft Intune environments to ensure the secure management of desktops and mobile devices; Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration spaces; Ensure the governance of collaborative tools and support users in their daily use; Accompany project teams and offer advanced technical support; Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID services; Maintain identity synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments; Troubleshoot authentication, access, and directory services issues. Configure accounts, security groups, and access privileges; Leverage Azure environments and associated cloud services; Monitor virtual infrastructures and ensure the performance of servers and virtual machines; Automate administrative tasks using scripts and orchestration tools; Support IP telephony services and unified communications platforms; Diagnose telecommunication incidents and implement the necessary corrective measures; Administer backup, recovery and service continuity solutions; Perform recovery testing and contribute to technological resilience activities; Maintain corporate platforms hosted in cloud environments; Collaborate with application teams during production releases and technological changes; Participate in the continuous improvement of practices, processes and technological environments.

The profile sought is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer engineering; Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technology infrastructure and network management; Proficient in automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Automation; Demonstrate expertise in the administration and security of corporate networks; Have at least (3) three years of experience with Microsoft Intune; Leverage cloud environments such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint and collaborative platforms; Understand concepts and tools related to backup, recovery, and continuity of technology services; Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent organizational skills; Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
