Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Relocation to Calgary, Canada or commuting distance preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows connecting ERP with external applications; lead data migrations.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance (GXP/SOX) in solutions.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for various user groups.
• Lead consulting lifecycle phases and contribute to client proposals and engagements.
• Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and scope for value‑adding solutions.
• Lead SAP TM and TM‑EWM implementation efforts with client locations when needed.
