Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann in Mississauga seeks an SAP Support Analyst to manage SAP incidents, draft functional specifications, and liaise between users and IT. You’ll be the first line of SAP support, addressing gaps in processes and guiding improvements.

You will contribute to end-to-end SAP project delivery, provide ongoing support, assist with upgrades, and train new hires while maintaining clear communication and follow-through across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience required
• 2+ years of ABAP and debugging experience required
• WM expertise required
• SD, MM, IM preferred
• LES experience is a plus
• Mobisys (mobile application), IDoc’s (EDI), QM is a plus
• ITIL certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Write functional specifications in the SCM area, focusing on order to cash, procurement to pay, inventory, and warehousing.
• Provide day-to-day SAP support, resolve level 1 issues, and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Identify data/process issues proactively and coordinate resolution with responsible parties.
• Gather details from business users to categorize issues for timely resolution.
• Demonstrate very good communication skills and follow-through; lead SAP projects as needed.
