Job summary

An IT service provider in Mississauga is seeking a strong Functional SAP Logistics consultant for their ERP applications support team. You will provide application support to global clients, investigate problems, and gather user requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of SAP PM and MM experience, with a preference for those having a full life cycle implementation and certification in SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on implementation and configuration in SAP PM, MM.
• Completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation in the relevant modules.
• Certifications in SAP and experience in version 4.7 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions.
• Call maintenance including complete documentation of progress.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support.
• Gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests.
• Estimate effort for change requests.

Our client is a world-wide IT service provider which designs, build and operate integrated solutions for major global companies. Tired of traveling? They are currently looking for a strong functional SAP Logistics (PM/MM) consultant for their ERP applications support team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support to their global clients.

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions for their support clients
• Call maintenance including complete documentation of progress and resolution using their global support tool
• Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings & weekends)
• Gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests and where necessary work with technical support to translate them into design specifications
• Estimate effort for change requests

Job requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 4 years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience in the following SAP modules: PM, MM and ideally QM. You have succesfully completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation in the above mentioned modules or have equivalent experience supporting these modules. Ideally, you have worked in a global support environment before. Certification in SAP and experience in version 4.7 are highly regarded.
