Job summary

Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SD professional with a passion for customer service and strong analytical skills to join a leading North American SAP practice. The role emphasizes innovation, customer collaboration, and transforming SD delivery capabilities.

You will engage in pre-sales activities, design complex SD enhancements, and provide architectural guidance while collaborating with global teams and clients across the US and Canada in a hybrid/remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 full life cycle SAP implementations.
• 10+ years SAP experience.
• 3rd party ordering experience.
• International trade experience is optional.
• Intra-stat experience optional.
• Willingness to work in US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-sales activities (RFP responses, client discovery, demo prep and delivery).
• Assist SD competency lead in QA checks on SD implementations.
• Drive improvements in Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities.
• Take lead in designing complex SD enhancements and extensions to SAP.
• Provide functional and architectural guidance for SD solutions (mobile, BI).
• Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Delivery)


• AssistSDcompetency lead in QA checks on SD implementations


• Work with SD competency lead to drive improvements in Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities


• Take lead in design of complex SD enhancements and/or extensions to standard SAP


• Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing leading edge solutions in the SD space (e.g. Mobile solutions, Business Intelligence)


• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
