Job summary

Stella-Jones, a leading infrastructure products manufacturer, seeks a senior SAP PP/MM Business Analyst to own Production Planning and Materials Management. You will bridge IT and operations, guiding S&OP evolution across manufacturing operations and contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout on RISE.

Configure SAP PP (Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP) and MM (Procurement, Inventory, Valuation); collaborate with BE, plant planners, and AMS partners to align processes with best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience, with proven expertise in both PP and MM modules.
• S/4HANA Experience: Practical experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• S&OP Maturity: Strong conceptual and practical grasp of Sales & Operations Planning; guiding adoption.
• Manufacturing & Supply Chain Acumen: Deep familiarity with plant operations, material flows, BOMs, inventory controls, demand planning.
• Communication: Strong English communication; translate architecture to business language for cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: SAP IBP experience or heavy manufacturing/process industries.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong understanding of S&OP Transformation: Partner with operations and supply chain leadership to evolve planning practices into an integrated S&OP model.
• Architect & Configure: Translate workflows into scalable designs; configure SAP PP (Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP) and MM (Procurement, Inventory, Valuation).
• Drive S/4HANA Rollout: Lead deployment and continuous improvement of S/4HANA across the organization.
• Bridge IT & Operations: Collaborate with BE, plant planners, and AMS partners to align SAP with business needs.
• Integrate & Innovate: Ensure data flow between PP, MM, SD, FICO and IBP roadmap.
