Job summary

High Cliff Partners Inc. in Calgary is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Lead to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. The role demands 10+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst across PM/EAM modules and at least 3 years of people management, with on-site work in Calgary.

You will lead SAP PM functional support, drive integration with MM, FI/CO and PP, mentor a small team, and collaborate with business partners to optimize maintenance processes in an oil & gas context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst across operations modules (PM/EAM, MM, SD, PP, EHS, MOC).
• Minimum 3 years managing small to mid-sized teams with day-to-day coordination and performance reviews.
• On-site work setting in Calgary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SAP Operations functions, primarily PM/EAM, with related modules knowledge (MM, SD, EHS, QM, MOC).
• Lead functional support for SAP PM (preferably S/4HANA), with integration across MM, FI, CO, PP and key technical areas (ABAP, Fiori, Security, Reporting).
• Provide functional leadership through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration, while supporting portfolio planning and coordinating project execution.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP solutions by gathering requirements, designing/testing solutions, documenting specifications, defining security needs, and supporting change management.
• Build relationships with business partners, identify process improvements, manage enhancements, contribute to projects, and provide end-user support.
• Strong understanding of business process design, SAP capabilities, and data management, ideally with oil and gas exposure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, service-focused, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within a team.
