Job summary
Coforge in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking an experienced R2R Test Lead to drive end-to-end SAP FICO testing across Finance transformation programs. You will define testing strategy, plan activities, and lead SIT/UAT, defect governance, and go-live readiness.
The role requires 8–10 years of SAP FICO testing experience, deep R2R knowledge, and strong stakeholder management across global delivery teams. You will coordinate cross-functional testing with business, functional, technical, and integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 8–10 years SAP testing experience.
- Proven leadership of testing activities in SAP Finance transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of R2R processes and financial operations.
- Experience managing large SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the testing strategy for SAP FICO and R2R processes.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Coordinate testing with business, functional, technical, and integration teams.
- Monitor defects and manage defect lifecycle through closure.
- Ensure go-live readiness and sign-off readiness.
