Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP testing with a focus on SAP HCM and H2R processes.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP HCM testing engagements.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect life-cycle management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
