Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. You will translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical designs and work with analysts and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end service workflows.

You’ll use Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools, contribute to architecture discussions, and participate in testing, deployment and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrator.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing.
• Experience with SDLC best practices.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and diverse delivery teams.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud / Home Health, Service Cloud, or industry clouds.
• Experience with mobile workforce implementations (Salesforce Field Service or similar).
• Familiarity with integration patterns and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions using a configuration‑first approach.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
• Build integrations, automation, and data models to support end‑to‑end service workflows.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical estimates, delivery planning and release readiness.
• Support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation stabilization activities.
• Collaborate within cross‑functional delivery teams in an agile consulting environment.
