Job summary

emergiTEL Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist for an initial remote, two-week engagement with potential extension beginning in December.

The candidate should bring 5–7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and hands-on configuration skills to lead workshops and design solutions. The role is fully remote with a potential to extend to a larger engagement; expect up to ~300 billable hours as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong functional consulting and solution design background.
• Experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and functional/technical requirements.
• Knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, segmentation, and CRM integration.
• Salesforce-to-Salesforce CRM migration experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and solution design expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, current-state processes, and marketing requirements.
• Capture and translate business and functional requirements into clear user stories and solution requirements.
• Work collaboratively to implement and configure the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product.
• Provide recommendations and guidance around an existing Salesforce environment as part of a Salesforce-to-Salesforce CRM migration.
• Assess existing Marketing Cloud processes and identify opportunities for optimization and integration.
• Configure and support Marketing Cloud functionality including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Audience segmentation, and CRM integrations.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Clearly communicate technical and functional recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute expertise to support the RFP response and implementation.
