Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer/Programmer
Position No: 2022-630V-024
Client: Regional Municipality of Peel
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Location: 10 Peel Centre Drive, 4th floor, Suite B, Peel, Ontario
Start Date: May 16, 2025
End Date: May 15, 2026
Project Duration: 1 year, with the option for 6-month extension
Hours per day: 7 hours (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Hours per week: 35 hours
Extension: Option for extension at the Agency's discretion

Job Overview:
The Region of Peel is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Programmer with at least 6 years of experience in Salesforce design, development, and architecture. This role involves working in a collaborative Agile Scrum environment, delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce platform and Vlocity/OmniStudio framework. The successful candidate will develop scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions, perform code migrations, and lead troubleshooting efforts.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with Salesforce, working on medium to large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with Public Sector Foundation (PSF), OmniStudio, OmniScript, Data Raptors, FlexCards
• Experience with Salesforce data migration, cleansing, and integration
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices and experience working in such environments
• Ability to create detailed documentation such as HLAD, TDD, and build logs

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Copado DevOps and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating, configuring, and migrating Salesforce Knowledge Articles
• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Site

Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant
• Any Salesforce.com Designer or Architecture certifications
  (Proof of certifications required)

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work mode with a minimum of two days per week on-site
• The consultant will be expected to engage in system design, development, integration, and deployment within the Salesforce environment
• Proof of certifications must be provided upon bid submission
