A leading aerospace component manufacturer seeks a Senior CNC Programmer to enhance processes and lead teams. Operating from our 120,000 sq. ft. facility at 9 Fenmar Drive in Toronto, our dedicated team is committed to delivering top-quality products to exact specifications and on time. As our operations expand, we’re seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer to drive innovation, enhance systems, and integrate cutting-edge technologies to support our growth.
The Senior CNC Programmer will design and optimize manufacturing processes for release to production. As a key member of the engineering team, you will lead manufacturing engineers, production, quality, and procurement teams, while collaborating with customers and vendors to develop the most efficient manufacturing processes. This role is critical to ensuring safety, cycle time, quality, and budget goals are met in a precision machining aerospace environment.
