Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to design, implement, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions across healthcare systems (EMRs, OHRS compliant, HIS), with strong emphasis on security and data protection.

You will lead hands-on configuration, integration with internal systems, and CI/CD in an Agile setting, using Experience Cloud, LWC, DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Dynamic Forms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, supporting, developing, maintaining, and configuring Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities: FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, Data Model, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Dynamic Forms experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce solutioning and hands-on configuration.
• Industry knowledge of healthcare data protection and OHRS-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience supporting, developing, maintaining, and configuring Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce implementations and integrations with subsidiary systems in development and production environments.
• Configure and integrate Salesforce with other applications using web services or other methods.
• Design and support prototype development and proofs of concepts.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents.
• Document build books and performance measures for environments.
• Perform fit/gap analysis between requirements and Salesforce Public Sector capabilities.
• Assist with diagnostics, incident management, and deployment readiness.
• Implement AODA compliant solutions and CI/CD in Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate in an Agile setting with epics, user stories, and story points.

Job description

• 5+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically in maintaining and supporting systems such as Long-Term Care, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Hospital Information Systems (HISs), Clinical Assessment tools, and Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) compliant
• Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health information, preferred

MUST HAVES:

Design, Analysis, Development and Configuration

• Demonstrated experience supporting, developing, maintaining, and configurating Salesforce solutions
• Hands-on experience configurating and troubleshooting of issues in Salesforce implementation and its integration with subsidiary systems in Development and Production environments
• Demonstrated experience configurating and integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms
• Demonstrated experience designing and supporting the development of prototypes and proof of concepts
• Demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents resolve issues
• Demonstrated experience documenting build books, working with staff on actual implementation document performance measures of the new environments
• Experience conducting fit/gap analysis between high-level requirements and Salesforce Public Sector capabilities

• Should be comfortable working in Agile – epics, user stories, features, story points, etc.
• Knowledge on MuleSoft is a plus.
