Job summary

OSI Digital is seeking a Salesforce Lead to drive design, architecture, and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud in Vancouver, BC. You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements, and guide a team of developers, admins, and integrators.

Lead governance, data migration, CPQ, and integrations via REST/SOAP while ensuring security and compliance. Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWCs, and flows is required.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years CRM/enterprise app experience; 7+ years Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud architectures.
• Deep technical knowledge: Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, Platform Events, Flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce design, architecture, and implementation across Sales/Service/Experience Clouds.
