Job summary

Lyft in Toronto is hiring a Business Systems Lead to own the Salesforce-driven ad-sales tech stack for Lyft Ads. You will lead solution design across Salesforce, OMS integrations, and billing, partnering with Ads Sales, Finance, Legal, and the Media engineering teams.

You will be hands-on across Apex/Lightning, drive SOX compliance, and mentor a team of engineers while shaping the Ad Sales Technology roadmap. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Toronto several days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce-focused business systems or engineering leadership.
• 3+ years leading solution design and delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration with at least one certification.
• 3+ years building custom Salesforce solutions with Apex and Lightning.
• 2+ years leading a team of 3+ engineers or analysts.
• Experience delivering CRM or commercial systems programs end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-first environment.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash, insertion orders, and delivery-to-billing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce architecture for the ad-sales lifecycle, from lead sourcing to billing integration.
• Identify problems and opportunities across the Ads sales technology stack and frame funded initiatives.
• Lead requirements with Ads Sales, Sales Operations, Ad Operations, Finance, and Legal partners.
• Own integrations connecting Salesforce to the ad-sales ecosystem via middleware.
• Drive AI best practices across the Sales Technology team and ensure AI output meets standards.
• Guide the evolution of the Ads CRM platform and the data model for ads.
• Lead contract lifecycle management for Ads with Salesforce integration.
• Remain hands-on across objects, flows, Apex, and Lightning, setting standards via design reviews.
