Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for Compact Construction Equipment at our Saskatoon Construction and Forestry location. You will lead equipment sales strategy, team development, and drive territory performance.

The role focuses on growing revenue, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities, with travel as required and a leadership mindset to coach a high-performing team.

Qualifications

7+ years’ direct sales experience or 3-5 years direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
Confidence in decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
Experience within the product line’s industry considered an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field considered an asset.
Must be available to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including quotas, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with Marketing and executive teams to align sales plans and product launches.
Lead, train, and develop sales personnel to build a motivated workforce.
Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and internal teams.
Plan and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
Provide input on growth, market trends, and competitive pressures to strategic planning.
