WestJet Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Sales Planning & Governance team. The role blends analytics, business intelligence, and performance management to deliver actionable insights across the Sales organization.

You will provide market intelligence, financial modeling, and reporting to drive opportunities, optimize sales channels, and support decision-making with cross‑functional collaboration and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Experience with large datasets and BI tools.
• Ability to present findings to executives in a clear, concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations to Sales Leadership to maximize revenue and KPIs.
• Deliver monthly reporting and analysis on partner incentives and geographic performance.
• Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by validating sales program data and variances.
• Prepare executive‑level reports and presentations communicating trends and opportunities.
