Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design and implement IdentityNow IAM solutions, configure provisioning workflows, and integrate ISC with existing security controls.

You will work independently and with teams to optimize RBAC, user provisioning, and access governance, leveraging Python and PowerShell to automate processes and ensure compliance across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IAM experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.
• Proven experience with: User provisioning, Access governance, RBAC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and management of SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC.
• Configure factory application onboarding.
• Stay up to date on IdentityNow/ISC features and best practices.
• Integrate ISC with applications and complete workflow configurations.
• Document processes and procedures for IdentityNow/ISC.
• Design and implement SailPoint IdentityNow configurations to meet business needs.
• Automate user provisioning and access management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex access management issues.
• Analyze audit logs and reports to ensure security policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless ISC integration with security solutions.
