Job summary

Cyderes in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Consultant, SailPoint to implement IAM solutions for client projects. You will work with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver high-quality SailPoint deployments and related documentation.

You will report to the IGA Practice Leader and collaborate with the team to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC / IDN.
• Experience in implementation, installation and configuring SailPoint.
• Develop lifecycle workflows and onboarding applications with automated provisioning.
• Configure reports and dashboards; RBAC and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM solutions as part of a high-end consulting team.
• Gather business and technical requirements from customers and contribute to design.
• Ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements and create design documents.
• Produce customer delivery documents, test plans, and run books; assist pre-sales with PoCs.
• Collaborate with project/engagement managers to align with budget and quality.

About The Job

The Senior Consultant, SailPoint, is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work on customer projects, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to provide outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Senior Consultant will be well-versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering SailPoint.

You will report to IGA Practice Leader.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a high-end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management
• Work on the technical delivery of IAM implementation projects Help gather business and technical requirements from the customer Provide input to functional and technical design where required
• Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer requirements and perform following design
• Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation documents, test plans and run books, assist pre-sales activities such as developing client-focused proposals, and running technical PoC's
• Work with project manager and engagement manager to align within budget and with high quality outcomes
• Identify our customer opportunities
• Help create customer relationships with technical partners
• Share best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the IAM center of excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC / IDN doing:
• Implementation, Installation and configuring
• Experience in JML certification and provisioning
• Develop lifecycle workflows
• Onboarding applications with automated provisioning
• Configure reports and dashboards
• RBAC and Access Reviews
• Databases Experience (such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Java or Bean Shell and PowerShell.
• Experience with the web technologies such as XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), web and application servers
• Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms
• Professional Communication(written and verbal)
• SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification

$130,000 - $150,000 a year

Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000 CAD + Bonus

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
