4AG Robotics Inc. is hiring a Senior Robotics Software Engineer to advance perception, control, and autonomy for robotic mushroom harvesting. You will work across hardware and software to improve detection, grasping, and autonomous operation on real systems deployed globally.

You will guide data teams, optimize performance metrics, and contribute to production-ready software while visiting customer deployments and collaborating with growers in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing sensors and motor drives with autonomous systems.
• Ability to debug and maintain 50 kg robotic systems in active environments.
• Experience with perception, control, and autonomous software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Improve detection on mushroom beds using depth cameras.
• Develop manipulation and grasping for mushrooms with soft grippers.
• Work with data teams to measure performance and build user interfaces.
