Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Senior Consultant, Risk Analytics in Toronto to enhance wholesale risk reporting and analytics within RBIO. You will own monthly and quarterly reporting for partners and regulators, translate business requirements into robust BI solutions, and collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, and Technology to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in data warehousing, reporting, BI, or analytics in banking.
• Knowledge of Wholesale and Capital Markets reporting incl. ECL and Basel RWAs.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the assigned monthly and quarterly wholesale credit risk reporting to CIBC partner teams and regulators.
• Develop detailed requirements ensuring high data quality in reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, and Technology across projects.
• Lead project delivery and testing, ensuring timely status updates and issue resolution.
