Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Several years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or subsystem design.
• Experience translating customer, business, or system requirements into technical subsystem solutions.
• Experience performing requirement allocation and system decomposition across multiple technical domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead technical discussions and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radio Sub-System Design activities across the complete product lifecycle.
• Own and maintain Radio Sub-System requirements, design specifications, and technical documentation.
• Perform product-level allocation of requirements, performance targets, and system capabilities across hardware and software subsystems.
• Analyze system trade-offs to ensure end-to-end product performance objectives are achievable.
• Participate in early-phase studies, pre-development activities, product concept evaluations, and technical assessments.
• Support project execution through milestone reviews, technical forums, and design decision processes.
• Collaborate with architecture, hardware, performance, verification, and integration teams to develop aligned technical solutions.
• Drive issue resolution, technical risk management, and requirement clarification throughout development.
• Support system baseline management, change control activities, and product release readiness.
• Provide technical leadership within cross-functional and multi-site development teams.
