Placements24 in Canada is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to design and optimize wireless networks, including cellular (4G/5G NR), to improve performance, coverage and capacity. You will analyze data, perform RF surveys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 7+ years in RF with wireless design and optimization, and hands-on experience with RF planning tools such as Atoll and

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in RF engineering with wireless network design and optimization.
• Knowledge of RF principles, propagation models, and LTE/5G NR standards.
• Proficiency with RF planning and simulation tools such as Atoll and Planet.
• Experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.

Mansioni

• Design, plan, and optimize RF networks, including cellular (4G/5G), microwave, and other wireless systems.
• Conduct RF site surveys, drive testing, and data analysis to evaluate network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop technical specifications for RF equipment and network components.
