Qualifications

• Experience with Nokia feature activation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of 5G NSA, SA, and LTE.
• Hands-on experience with trials for 5G and LTE optimization.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and performance activities independently.
• Develop recommendations on network-wide design performance.
• Organize field measurements and laboratory tests.
• Optimize networks based on traffic trends and customer forecasts.
• Support in developing network configuration files.

Skills

Nokia feature activation and optimization experience

Strong understanding of 5G NSA and SA

Hands-on experience with 5G optimization projects

Hands-on experience with LTE optimization projects

Ability to analyze internal syslogs

Expertise in UE and eNB/gNB signaling log analysis

Experience with UE logging tools (QXDM, XCAL)
