Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist or Allied Health Professional with specialist respiratory expertise to join Farnham Hospital. You will lead autonomous assessments, manage a range of respiratory conditions and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• Provide specialist respiratory intervention and support the multidisciplinary team with assessment and development of holistic management plans.
• Assess respiratory patients with a wide range of presentations, including complex physical and psychological conditions.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the assessment and management of multiple respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, and oxygen therapy.
• Familiar with and apply local and national clinical guidelines relating to respiratory conditions.
