Job summary

Parkland CLASS in Red Deer is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee service delivery in our residential programs and to provide key administrative support to the program management. This role requires strong administrative, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and to interpret agency policies and a collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordinator or senior supervisor role.
• Experience in human services or health disciplines.
• Ability to manage time effectively, complete tasks with accuracy, and manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition planning, orientation and integration of individuals into service.
• Oversee wellness of individuals in service.
• Assist with development and implementation of Service Plans for individuals in service.
• Provide leadership, oversight, training & support to employees within the residential program.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities of the residential programs including payroll, finances, accreditation files, variance reporting and data collection.
• Coordinate crisis response.
