Job summary

STACK is seeking a Senior Residential Property Manager to lead a portfolio of residential properties in Metro Vancouver. As the front-facing representative, you will ensure financial performance, service standards, and asset care for clients and residents.

Based at our head office and portfolios, you will manage leasing, revenue, tenancy, and maintenance, collaborating with owners, overseeing vendors, and driving client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BC Residential Tenancy Act and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage client and resident relationships with professionalism.
• Experience evaluating financial performance and managing risks for property portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal relationship manager for a portfolio of properties for clients and residents.
• Provide proactive client communications, portfolio updates and reports.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of properties and suggest improvements.
• Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, and liability risks.
• Oversee leasing activity, rent increases, and vacancy management.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance.
