You will collaborate cross-functionally to apply rigorous methods from early exploration to final validation, advancing tools, methods, and partnerships that strengthen our innovation pipeline.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in a relevant field with 4+ years of applied industry research.
• Ability to lead end-to-end research in fast-paced environments.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific process for innovation projects with rigorous methods.
• Design hypothesis-driven experiments and data analyses for product development.
