Senior Research Manager (Qualitative)

About the Role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a global team of researchers within Mastercard delivering comprehensive research services to Mastercard's clients.

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to partner with Mastercard's Advisory and Consulting team and lead strategic research for our clients. In this role, you will lead a wide range of research initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from developing proposals to report delivery. Candidates should have a deep understanding of qualitative research processes and some experience with quantitative methodologies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and curious individuals to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization and work on diverse projects across multiple industries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience managing all phases of qualitative research, including study design, discussion guides, recruitment, and reporting.
  • Skilled in moderating IDIs, focus groups, and asynchronous methodologies with empathy and composure.
  • Proficient in analyzing qualitative data from various sources.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate insights.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for complex project issues.
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools preferred.
