About The Role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a global team of researchers within Mastercard delivering comprehensive research services to Mastercard's clients.

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to partner with Mastercard's Advisory and Consulting team and lead strategic research for our clients. In this role, you will lead a wide range of research initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from developing proposals to report delivery. Candidates for this position should have a deep understanding of the end-to-end research process for executing qualitative research and some experience with quantitative methodologies.

This role is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and curious individuals to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization and work on a wide range of projects spanning multiple industries.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience managing all phases of the qualitative research process, including study design, discussion guide development, field/recruiting oversight, and report generation

Experience moderating IDIs, focus groups, and asynchronous methodologies with high skill, empathy, and composure to explore topics while keeping the discussion moving forward

Analyzing and synthesizing qualitative data from primary and secondary sources

Integrate with cross-functional teams; collaborate to seamlessly integrate qualitative insights with quantitative findings

Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate creativity in solving complex issues that arise with regard to projects in an efficient and effective manner.

Drive successful project execution, collaborating with the Mastercard Advisors and ARC team members to coordinate project logistics and ensure all project deliverables are delivered to clients on time

Help lead and develop a team of talented researchers, providing training when necessary and giving meaningful feedback on all aspects of a project

Strong project management experience with the ability to manage several projects at the same time

Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
