Job summary

Aecon Concessions in Hamilton, ON is seeking a Senior Reporting & Analytics Lead to drive project reporting, BI, and analytics initiatives. You will champion Power Platform solutions and integrate data across enterprise systems to support cost, schedule, risk and performance decisions.

Lead governance and data quality, deliver standardized reporting, and partner with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in reporting, BI, project controls, or related field.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, CS, IS, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong experience with Power Platform and enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of PMI/AACEI concepts is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance an integrated project reporting framework across cost, schedule, risk, and operations.
• Lead design, deployment, and governance of Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Apps, Automate).
• Integrate data from SAP, Primavera P6, InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, Teams, and other systems.
• Gather reporting requirements and deliver standardized, actionable insights.
• Analyze project performance, including cost, schedule, forecasting, trends, and risks.
• Establish data governance, KPIs, and a single source of truth for reporting.
• Provide leadership in analytics, data management, and capability development.
• Identify continuous improvement to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
