Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Software Release QA to join the FortiClient QA Team. The role focuses on regression testing FortiClient across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and Chromebook platforms.

You will coordinate with Fortinet products like FortiGate and FortiCloud to ensure releases meet quality standards. Responsibilities include writing automation scripts, documenting defects, and publishing release notes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software testing or developing experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Experience with programming or scripting skills (Python, Perl, Tcl, Bash, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute regression testing on FortiClient using manual and automated tests and maintain test cases.
• Write and maintain automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to fix them.
• Publish release notes and reference materials for new product releases.
