Job summary

A leading technology company in Toronto is seeking an experienced Application Release Engineer to create and execute non-functional test plans for applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the IT technology field with strong skills in UNIX and Windows Server, as well as familiarity with WebSphere and Agile methodologies. This position is long-term and requires a minimum of 2 days onsite work per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the IT Technology field.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent UNIX experience, AIX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create non-functional test plans for applications.
• Execute test plan scenarios using scripts.
• Conduct non-functional testing such as operability and failover.
