Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing incidents, problems and service requests.
• Experience with planning and implementation of changes.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation for operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational work related to hosting client applications.
• Coordinate support for the larger SUS team in hosting Java applications.
• Perform operational tasks including incident intake, service request fulfillment, and change request implementation.

Deployment Automation

Middleware Monitoring tools e.g. ITCAM
