Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Commercial & Agricultural Account Manager in Canada to develop and manage a portfolio of mid-market clients. You will serve as the main strategic advisor, structuring credit transactions and delivering integrated financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or portfolio management within commercial banking or a similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, commercial lending, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to build lasting business relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and strong client focus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Your Impact

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
