Parexel is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Consultant - Advertising and Promotion (Manager, Ad Promo) to join a large client partnership while working from home in Canada. You will help ensure that promotional and related materials are compliant with Health Canada requirements and PAAB standards, impacting messaging and approvals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and other teams, participate in PMRT/MRC discussions, and support the Canadian adaptation of global materials,

Formación

• University degree in a scientific or health sciences discipline.
• At least five years in pharmaceutical/biotech Regulatory Affairs.
• Includes advertising and promotional review experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian advertising requirements, Health Canada guidance, and PAAB Code.
• Strong regulatory judgment, communication, and collaboration; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Review Canadian promotional, educational, medical, and corporate communications for alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Apply Health Canada advertising requirements, the Canadian Product Monograph, and PAAB standards.
• Provide regulatory input on content, messaging, and presentation, identifying compliance solutions.
• Represent Canadian Regulatory Affairs in PMRT and MRC discussions, as applicable.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and other partners to facilitate review and approval of materials.
• Support the Canadian adaptation of global materials for the Canadian market.
• Escalate significant regulatory concerns to Canadian Regulatory leadership.
