Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Consultant - Advertising and Promotion (Manger, Ad Promo) to join a large client partnership and work from home in Canada. You will ensure promotional and related materials comply with Health Canada advertising requirements and PAAB standards, guiding cross-functional reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• At least five years in Regulatory Affairs with two+ years in advertising/promotional review.
• Working knowledge of Health Canada advertising requirements and PAAB Code.
• Strong regulatory judgment, communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review Canadian promotional, educational, medical, and corporate communications for regulatory compliance.
• Apply Health Canada advertising requirements and PAAB standards to materials.
• Provide regulatory input on messaging and presentation, identifying compliance considerations.
• Represent Regulatory Affairs in PMRT and MRC discussions, as applicable.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and other partners to approve materials.
• Support the Canadian adaptation of global materials.
• Engage with Regulatory leadership and escalate significant concerns.
