Job summary

Medpace Canada is seeking a full-time, remote-based Regulatory Submissions Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. This role supports study start-up and prepares Health Canada submissions, working independently and with a team to ensure regulatory compliance across diverse trials.

You will advise on regulatory changes, track essential documents, and collaborate with study teams. A science/health degree and 3–5 years CRO experience with Health Canada submissions are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required; French is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field.
• 3–5 years of clinical research experience with Health Canada/Ethics submissions; CRO background preferred; knowledge of ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact with sites during the study start-up process.
• Prepare, review, and file clinical trial applications to Health Canada.
• Ensure submissions comply with applicable regulations and guidance documents.
• Advise study teams on changing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Track and ensure timely filing of all essential start-up documents including Health Canada submissions
