Qualifications

• Registered Architect with licensure or eligibility to transfer to AIBC.
• Minimum 5 years delivering architectural projects through all phases.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to relocate to British Columbia's Interior Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Prepare and review design packages and construction documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and quality control across projects.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships.
