Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Registered Architect to lead projects from concept through construction in British Columbia's Interior. You will collaborate with senior leadership, consultants, and clients to drive design development, documentation, and construction administration across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong client relationships, and the opportunity to influence projects while enjoying BC's Interior lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with ability to transfer registration to AIBC.
• Minimum 5 years delivering projects through all phases.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and building codes.
• Strong communication, organization and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to relocate to BC's Interior Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all design and construction phases.
• Manage schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Prepare design packages and construction documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and quality control.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships.
• Support contract administration and site reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure code compliance.
