ATCO Frontec is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Representative, Northern and Southern Alberta to join our team. This critical role will grow our ATCO Fire Prevention Service offerings in Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding areas by building relationships and securing new business with clients in the Multi-Family Housing, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. The role involves hunting for new business, offering service contracts, replacement products, and full-time maintenance tailored to customer needs.

By capturing, pursuing, and closing key account sales opportunities, this position will significantly impact ATCO Frontec’s revenues and provide a strategic marketplace advantage.

The Service Solutions Salesperson will expand current client relations and forge new partnerships across Alberta and potentially beyond, collaborating with our facilities operations, maintenance divisions, and Fire division to maximize synergies for our clients.

The ideal candidate would be located in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. This is a Hybrid position. Travel is required for sales growth opportunities and occasional trips to our main office in Calgary.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with ATCO’s growth strategy and budgets.
  • Lead all sales activities from identifying leads to closing contracts, including client liaison, proposal presentation, negotiations, and internal approvals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with major clients in industries such as private infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, and green energy.
  • Enhance the company’s market position by recommending design improvements, new products, and markets, along with developing marketing strategies.
  • Educate internal teams on market trends and competitor data to support business planning and sustainable growth.
  • Focus on expanding the client base to increase revenue and profit.
  • Secure clients for Maintenance and Service Contracts, along with day-to-day service offerings as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Service sales, Fire Prevention/Security Services, and Building Maintenance solutions such as HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
  • Proven success in winning new business with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in operational site and camp services.
  • Strong network of industry relationships.
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in proposal development and negotiation.
